the big brown truck
this was stuck to the door of our associational office. apparently mr. ups doesn't think too highly of baptists.

i was on campus at wichita state yesterday and happened to be wearing my alabama hat.
wsu student: "nice hat dude"
me: "thanks"
wsu student: "are you a bama fan?"
me: "yeah, born and raised. are you from alabama?"
wsu student: "no, i've just always loved the school."
that's a good man.

krispy kreme coming
yahoo news: For 13 nights, Annie Lewis slept on the street just feet from the area's first Krispy Kreme store, setting a record ahead of its opening.
there's a krispy kreme opening across the street from my apartment. i noticed today they have a sign out front saying it's opening in 27 days. i could double the record!!
